Business Systems Support Specialist

The Role
An opportunity to join a large-scale organisation as a Business Systems Support Specialist within the IT function. You’ll play a key part in maintaining and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across Finance, Operations, and wider business systems. The role focuses on supporting end users, improving processes, and ensuring seamless system performance across the enterprise.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Business Systems Manager, offering a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Focus

• Act as the main point of contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations users

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver long-term fixes

• Support onboarding, permissions, and system configurations

• Collaborate with internal developers on system enhancements and integrations

• Assist with data migrations, Power BI reporting, and workflow automation

• Maintain system documentation and user guides

• Stay ahead of D365 updates, recommending improvements and new functionality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Understanding of modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Business Central

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)

• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or C# for troubleshooting

• Background in data migration, system integration, or Azure environments

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage
